“Mia, at Food Service Direct, was was nothing but helpful with a special order item that I wished to purchase. I was having no success trying to order the item on my own. She went above and beyond, to get the job done. I feel that it is pretty rare to find someone with that amount of dedication in the times we have today. I am very happy with the quality of service that I received from Food Service Direct, and will definitely be a return customer in the future!”

“I ordered the cannoli shells for Christmas. I like to pass out as 'gifts.' They were delivered in excellent condition and are wonderful. I just wish they had smaller cases than 60 count. I will order again next year. Thank you Food Service Direct! Suzanne”
