“our fifty pound bag of popcorn kernels came to us spilling out of the box onto the ground. The deliveryman did not care. We found the kernels all over our driveway and porch when we arrived home. I contacted you about your poor packaging. All I received from you were request for pictures, which I did not take. I did not want a refund. I only want you to address your poor packaging for correction.”

“The product arrived today 4 days after the order witch was 1 day sooner they projected. And it still has eneph dry ice to hold for atheist 3 more days with give me more reason to order because I know it will still arrive in good shape even if delayed.”

“I was very very happy with the service. The delivery came quick, and the product was in good shape. It was an item that’s hard to find so the price was a little on the high side. When it goes smooth comes quick I didn’t mind. I would use foodservicedirect.com again”
