“Prices are a little high especially factoring in shipping, but when you can't find something you need locally, it's better to pay more than not be able to find it at all.”

“I love the fact of ordering in bulk. Its only been twice now and am satisfied with the service. I've only had one hiccup and you went above my expectations to correct it! Prices are affordable and delivery is quick!! Love, love, love Food Service Direct!!!”

“The ice cream was melting when it was delivered. It could have been totally gone in a few more hours. I was disappointed at how skimpy the packaging was. I had $100 invested in the order to have received melting ice cream. It was for a special birthday party. However, we tracked down the ups truck and took the ice cream directly to the freezer.”
