“This is a great company! Never any problems. One of the only places we can purchase Goya Pasteles. The respond and ship promptly. Food is always still frozen when it arrives. Don’t know what we would do without Food Service Direct!”

“I grew up on parkay margarine and stopped being able to find it until I found you was really tickled with my order thanks so much. Now if I could get Annie's pastry or dumplings I would be set but you don't carry it much to my dismay”

“Ordered/received 5 Dungeness crabs. The crabs were still mostly still frozen of good size, and seems to be of good quality 👌. My only complaint is that it cost $60 to have them shipped!! Other than the price of the crabs themselves (too expensive) I have no other complaints. At that price, I'm not sure I'll be ordering anymore Dungeness Crab from your company.”

We sincerely apologize. While we strive to be as competitive as possible our prices are not always as low as grocery stores. Prices on temperature-sensitive items also factor in the price of extra packaging for the items. We have a wide variety of products to fit all budgets. “I had a craving for a certain item and I couldn’t find it anywhere to order alone for a decent price. I found it at Foodservice direct where I didn’t have to purchase other products to get the product that I wanted. I love the fact that they did not discriminate on me not being a large company and delivered my product anyway. And I loved the price. I hope I can reach out and order future products and refer others who are looking for something specific.”

“Products are decently priced but they charge way too much for shipping which in turns essentially increases your product price (not making it a good deal). Even when you purchase multiple items your shipping doubles rather than being reduced. Will most likely not purchase other items due to shipping costs and will only buy the 1 item I can’t find anywhere else.”
