First of all, it was delivered to the wrong address in my complex, luckily, my neighbor recognized my name and brought it to me. Secondly, the yogurt was damaged, four of the containers were damaged and made a mess all over the carrier box. I was able to salvage the rest, but I will not be buying from you again. To top things off it was late in the delivery. I sent a note to the food service direct and never received an apology. This is the first response I have gotten. Poor customer service!!

Order was easy, received product in timely manner. UPS dropped the box at my front door and broke two of the jars inside. FoodService refunded money immediately.

I love the prices and the product is good, however, I think they need to get a new shipping method, at least for parchment paper. My first order showed up completely destroyed, like all of it had fallen out and someone tried shoving it back in. Customer service was great and they sent me a new case that also showed up half destroyed. I didn’t want to deal with another return so I just kept it.

The okra I received was not frozen. The dry ice was gone. There should have been more dry ice in the container to keep the okra frozen since it took a week from the time it was sent to reach my place. Another thing I ordered eggplant which I have never received. It said it might take a month to come but I have never heard from you since. What happened to my eggplant order?

Thank you for the feedback. Customer experience is our top priority and we're sorry that your experience did not match those expectations. I can understand the frustration of having an order cut due to strains on the supply chain. Special order items are not kept in stock and only ordered on request for the customer. Unfortunately, we were not notified until the day your order was set to arrive that it was not going to be on our delivery from our supplier. An email from our purchasing team was sent to the email on file for this order, however, I do see that the email for this order is spelled incorrectly. Unfortunately, the .net was missing from the end of your email address, so you were not able to get any order notifications from us.

Food Service Direct had everything I needed in stock for a catering event that I was doing. The items arrived on time and everyone loved the spaghetti and the sauce.
