“This is better than my first experience, the delivery was timely. Also this time there was enough dry ice and the product was completely frozen. I am glad that I had a better experience”

“I've ordered multiple time from FSD and the quality of their products, as well as their customer service are top notch. The only criticism I have is that one of the products I repeatedly order (gelato) has arrived with damaged packaging all but one time; customer service has made it right (immediately) and sent a new one each time I've had to write/call in about it, so that definitely makes it a lot better, but there's got to be a better way to package/ship certain products susceptible to breakage during transit. Other than that, everything with FSD is great and I'll continue to recommend them to others, especially as long as the service remains top notch.”

“Dry ice bags were sliced open which led to the destruction of a quarter of my purchase. Although it was requested that the delivery be announced by a simply door bell, the delivery service failed to announcethe delivery. The email confirmation was greatly appreciated.”
