I missed an item off the returns form and they now haven’t refunded one of my items even though they were both sent back. It’s absolutely sickening. I’ve had to raise this with resolver now. They cannot just rob people. They don’t take customer testimony. I’ll warn people of this company they’re cowboys

I got the wrong size shoes and to return them I have to pay 160 dollars because I bought these from the USA, I paid 120 dollars for the shoes and Footasylum made a mistake sending them, why should I pay to return them. Don’t buy from Footasylum if you’re outside the UK; they will make you pay for returns even if it’s their fault.

I’ve tracked my return as having been received by Foot Asylum two days ago just spoke to a very laid back guy who is very chilled saying yeah “we may of got it back but the returns team do not work weekends so you’ll have to wait to till they get back in Monday & just keep checking for a refund every day” I returned them a week ago I think having had them two days it’s time for a refund?? Would you be so chilled if I didn’t pay you? Maybe if you sent an Adult size 4 instead of a baby size 4 (not described) on the advertisement then I would of kept them.

Spent over 400 pounds at Xmas was told could return an item if didn't fit the day after boxing day. Drove 30 miles to return a pair of trainers and was told they weren't doing returns because they were busy....guess what so was I and I drove 30 miles to exchange them. Poor customer service and they lied at purchase. Will use JD sports in future
