“ Customer service is the worst I have ever seen should I say no customer service at all! They will ignore you all the way! no point to try to contact them as no any support will be provided. ”

“ States as being in stock when it's not. Takes money, gives delivery date. Not delivered, turns out they just cancelled with no email, no text, no call as no stock. No notice at all. No customer service as chat service broken. Use their WhatsApp chat but it's automated only, no one there just states they will get back to you in 24 hrs. Mess of a company. Going to have to charge back my credit card. ”

This was not the case. Can’t get through to any one to speak to. Never again! Footasylum is a joke. Save your money and go elsewhere! AVOID!
