Dear Trina, I just tracked your package and according to FedEx the package was "left at front door" on 7/3 at 9:49 a.m. Since this package was delivered we were not notified. “High quality goods at reasonable prices, shipped with care. Very happy with the items I purchased, and most importantly, my son loves them, too. I just had a couple of comments; I originally bought from Small Hands because my son’s preschool sent a catalog home, as part of a fundraiser. I selected the school’s name before placing the order, but there was no confirmation in my final order. I wish there was a way to ensure funds are going to my son’s school. Also, for shipping—I understand it’s by weight, but as a consumer, I don’t get a full sense of the cost till everything is in the cart. I wish it could be done by thresholds (like if you spend $x, shipping will be $x), so I have some expectation of final cost upfront.”

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your kind words. We are delighted that you and your son are pleased with the items you purchased. Our shipping charges are not determined by weight (unless you are shipping internationally), instead they are determined by dollar amount. They are a sliding scale (orders under $150 have flat rates and orders of $150 or more are percentages). The charges are listed on p. 30 in our "For Small Hands" catalog and are also listed online. The more you order the lower the overall percentage. I'm sorry if there was any misunderstanding. There should be a comment on your invoice/packing slip that indicates that your child's school received credit (the credit is applied after the order is downloaded). I was able to pull up your order by the reference number and see that your child's school was credited on this order. Thank you again for your review.
