“My oldest great-grandchild is autistic so I have found several items in your catalog that is super for him and the other three great-grandchildren. I take the catalog with me when visiting so the parents can pick out items for their children. This is for birthdays and Christmas.”

“It was a bit confusing because it shows 3 different brushes in different colors but doesn't give an option to select the color you want. Since I wasn't able to make a color choice, I thought maybe all 3 brushes might be in the order. When I received the order, only one brush in a color I didn't really want.”

Dear Leslie, I'm so sorry that you didn't receive the color you desired. We do specify in the product description that the brushes are "sold individually" and that they come in "assorted colors" (we are not able to order them by color from our manufacturer). You are always welcome to specify a color choice when none is given in the comments/notes on your order we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding.
