“I originally ordered the 4 piece elementary set of garden tools. What came was a three piece set after a very long delay. They are OK, I've already had to tighten the screws that hold the tool heads on to the handles and children haven't even used them yet. They are real wood and real metal, just not very well made. Will think twice before ordering from here again.”

Dear Cynthia, We apologize about the long delay you experienced with the Garden Tools. Though we ordered these early, our manufacturers are having much longer than normal delays due, in part, to the pandemic. The garden tools you received are real tools from AMES and they should last for years. We paired these tools with a Bamboo Garden Rake from another manufacturer. Unfortunately, the rake is not available from the manufacturer at this time. Therefore, we removed the rake from the set and adjusted the price to reflect the omission. There should have been a note on your invoice indicating this change. We apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
