“My order was received promptly even during the chaos of supply chain concerns. One item had two pieces that were the wrong color, they probably came that way from the manufacturer I would presume, and the clerk was more than helpful in replacing the pieces. This was our second time to order from the company and we will continue to purchase items from them. They offer a great variety of hands on materials for many ages.”

However, they should be very similar to what we show/describe in our catalog and online. Just to be sure we doublechecked our stock and discovered they are the same size and style we show/describe (the green color of the frog does vary). “I got scammed by the company. I was charged additional 80 dollars for international shipment. I told it was much more than I was willing to pay, unless it also included import charges. The company replied: It is both shipping and import. Turns out it was a lie. The company has charged me those money without paying for import charges. Now to get the package, I am charged to pay it again. The company is not interessted in taking responsibility for their lies.”

Dear Rikke, I'm very sorry if there was some misunderstanding about the shipping charges on your order to Denmark. I've reviewed the communication and at no time did we say that we would pay your import fees. Our website clearly says: "Duties and Value Added Taxes are the customer's responsibility." We have no way to determine customs charges on your end. I'm very sorry but the additional fee you are being requested to pay does not come from our company. We charged you exactly as quoted. “I ordered this for Christmas for my granddaughter. I can’t wait to see her face when she opens her gifts! They are so well made! I have my eye on a Stanley tool kit for my new grandson, he’s not due until January but it’s phenomenal! His big brother will love showing him how to use the tools when he’s old enough!”
