“I ordered from their catalog for my great-nephew for his birthday. When my niece told me that nothing had arrived from me, I immediately contacted the company. They answered quicker to my message than some of my friends do. They told me that had a receipt showing it was delivered. I found out it was delivered and my niece forgot about it.”

“We learned about For Small Hands from our son's Montessori School and love having it as a resource for educational toys and learning materials. Everything we have purchased has been very high quality, and we know these items will be on his playroom shelf for years to come. It's also wonderful that they offer an incentive program for schools too - we love that our purchases benefit his school and provide them with funds to purchase additional high-quality materials for his classroom!”

“I ordered 3 items in late November. All were immediately put on back order. One of them arrived just before Christmas. Another just disappeared off my order and the third keeps having an extension date to the back order. It’s now going to arrive in April. I will never order through Small Hand again.”

Dear Linda, We are so sorry that you did not have a good experience. We apologize that only one of your backordered items arrived before Christmas. Unfortunately, because of the issues in the supply chain this year, several of our vendors did not receive their shipments and deliver on time (or at all). We certainly can understand how frustrated you are. We share that frustration. While you should have received notification about the delays, it still is unfortunate.
