“the products are good, but the fulfillment is disappointing. Gift messages are printed on a packing slip and sometimes the recipient names or sender names are not clearly identified. We've had many relatives wondering where these gifts came from and how to thank the sender.”

“Kids knife and cutting board are great BUT I received a tape measure and not the sun print sheets that I paid for. Shipping took over 2 weeks to get the gift, so expect way longer shipping times”
