“Forever Studios is simply the best at what they do. The experience is a little bit of everything! Exciting, fun, and really emotional. It's very cool that the people there are so nice. It makes it less scary to hand over your tapes when it doesn't feel like you're giving them to strangers. And watching everything when it's all done is crazy. I don't remember these tapes looking this good! I'm kind of hoping I can find more tapes to get worked on, and I know my grandparents have some old film reels that no one has seen in like 40 years. They said they can tell me if they're still good or not. I really hope they are!”

“Forever Studios thank you for giving me the best gift of my life. Definitely a million stars. I cant express how amazing it felt see my mother again even if just through video. I lost her to cancer 12 years ago and never realized the gem she left me. Finding these tapes I felt hopeless wondering what was on them and you guys came through like no other. All my questions were answered timely and thoroughly. I was made to feel that comfortable that my tapes were safe and the customer service was perfection. I didn't even have to leave my home. These guys will pick up and deliver within a reasonable distance which worked perfectly for me. Quality of the transfers was perfect. Thank you again Forever Studios”

“I sent in 3 photos that were in pretty bad shape. One was faded and out of focus. The others were actually photos of bad photocopies. Everything came 100% better than what I sent in. Thanks again, I’ve already started looking through the rest of our old pictures.”

“I recently had pix transferred to flash drive in PA, as 3x the price. When I opened my flash drive, all I saw was jpeg and couldn't figure how to see the pix, but I called on a Sat afternoon and a lady tried to help me. As I am 80, this is not an easy task. BUT with her help, I was able to open and view the pix. Something amazing-I had just dropped off a bag and box of pix and when I opened the 10 folders, everything was coordinated like I would have done, if I had taken the time. Each child-had her own folder-etc. Amazing. I WOULD RECOMMEND FOREVER STUDIOS. AMAZING JOB!!! SO SORRY I DIDN'T BRING DOWN MY BAG/BOX FROM UP NORTH!!!”

“In a time where finding great customer service is rare, I was extremely surprised with the level of attention and consideration I was given, the responses to questions were quick, and they communicated with me during the process, I thank Forever Studios for saving my picture ( of my great-great-grandmother) the picture was damaged and torn, Forever Studios restored it! I'm currently gathering other pictures and videos to have done! THANK YOU.”
