“I received digital files of a number of old films. Most came out pretty good. One not so. It was jumpy and unclear. Overall I was pleased. Thank you.”

“As I was looking at various websites to upgrade my old photo. I came upon Forever Studios. They managed to give an old photo of my mother some color & it came out great! Their website and their links were not working properly for me to view my photo. Had speak to someone directly to finally proceed forward...hence the reason for the four star review.”

“Great customer service! I called and got all my question answered before I purchased. Once purchased the process to receive, send, process and return the reel to be converted was pretty fast and smooth. Only wish they would have communicated that the reel was not of good quality and thus to expect the conversion to come out a certain way.”

“Great USB port with my videos. Quality great!!! The only reason for not getting 5 star is because I think the turn around time is to long.”

“It is truly amazing what Forever Studios can do to restore pictures and they are very patient and supportive. One of several photos I have put in their hands was of my mother and when I saw the proof there was something off....but I couldn't describe what it was. It simply didn't look like my mother. I kept trying to give direction (face too wide? shadow under nose?) until I finally just had to say "I don't know but it doesn't look like my mother. Here are other pictures of my mother." And they figured it out. The final proof was the face I was expecting although I cannot tell you how they did it. THAT BEING SAID - be very very very careful checking the proofs. On one picture - AFTER I had approved and downloaded - I realized that one of the faces was suffering from red eye. They were kind enough to try again. Never forget that they are only human and reliant on you to guide them. They will see and fix what you see needs fixing.”

“I placed an order to restore my parents wedding (1939) photo. Forever Studio did a good job. But I was expecting better as I had selected their most expensive service. I was expecting sharpness and the best quality. I would recommend Forever Studio.”

“Everything was as promised. My only disappointment is that the only music that could be added to silent 16 mm movies that are converted to flash drives is ‘elevator’ music.”

“I dropped off my order to Forever Studios on May 18, 2020. On June 24th (5+ weeks) they notified me the scans were ready. After looking through the scans, aside from miscounted and unscanned photos, none of the photos were "enhanced" at high resolution, as per my invoice. I finally got in touch with the manager who readily agreed to correct my order and re-scan the photos at the higher, enhanced resolution. Three weeks later, I got my photos and scans back and have to say they are very nice and a big improvement. In the end, I'm very happy with the quality of the work. ”

“The final repair on my photo was expertly done. I am not giving a "very good" rating because failure to follow my instructions caused a lot of delay, requiring several emails and a phone call to finally have the work done according to my written instructions. I had asked to repair a pinhole photo, but in addition, the technician decided to change the focus to very sharp, which is inappropriate for this type of photo. Nevertheless, I plan to have Forever Studios do more work for me in the near future.”
