“Ordered 2 jumpsuits for size. Excellent...great price quality. Great fit. Can ONLY give 4 Stars however, as I am returning one and there is NO prepaid returns label. Have to Faff around and print out online the returns label. I don't have a printer??”

“Haven't got my purchases yet despite paying next day delivery and clicking Free delivery and still being swindled next day delivery. Furthermore why do you charge VAT? How come you haven't contacted me regarding this same complaint. Does anyone check the customer services inbox or the answer machine? This has been an irritating experience. I hope that if and when i do get my delivery which you really should now give to me for free - that they were worth the wait and the irritation.”

“Delivery was quick, but disappointed that my expensive items were rolled in a ball and shoved into small plastic bags which were dreadfully creased when opened. I purchased a jumpsuit size 12 which was absolutely huge, more like size 16, and a dress size 12 which fitted perfectly.”

“I love Forever Unique when they get it right!! There is a vast difference in garments that are suppose to be the same size and quality of their machinists. Some of the dresses I’ve ordered have been cut incorrectly making the side seams ruffle when wearing. This is all down to how the fabric is cut when it’s a stretch material. I love their designs and just wish there was some consistency in sizing and quality. But when they get it right. It’s amazing!! Thank you Forever Unique. I hope these comments are taken on board as I would then buy a lot more!! x”

“Delivery was really quick made an order on the Friday and it was with me the following day! Dress is fab, didn’t realise from the photos that it was quite low cut on the chest but added a top underneath the dress as I loved it so much did not want to retun.”
