“The dress is beautiful in the photos online and I was so excited to receive it as it looks ideal for a wedding I have in Ibiza. However when I received the dress, it's a slightly different style to the one in the photo. The skirt underneath the sheer pleated skirt is full length not shortened to just above the knee like it shows you in the photo.”

“First time customer. Dress did not fit nice. I am still awaiting my refund. No email, account still not credited even though dress was returned 10 days ago. At the very least an email confirming package received.”

“Problem with trying to order online. After 3 days of trying I contacted your customer services who just told me to reset the cookies on my computer..... I did. Still didn’t work. Then contacted you to be on hold for 30miniutes and then went through to an answerphone. I eventually spoke to someone who took the order over the phone with no apologies for my wasted time and nightmare, no mention of the 20%pff so I had to prove for it. She was going to charge me the full cost of the dress when all items online had 20% off. I would have at least expected some sort of discount as an offer of apology. Really poor and very disappointed giving I buy most my dresses from you.”

“Ordered an item and sent on-line. Ten minutes later I found another item and emailed to ask if this item could be added to the previous order to save on P&P. A return email arrived saying that they couldn’t add the second item with no explanation as to why? My item arrived with a lot of loose threads. I like to item so will keep it and tidy up the loose ends. I will not be using Forever Unique again as found them to be uncooperative and quality of garment I received was not up to standard.”

“Hi The dress was really nice and the service was fantastic, but unfortunately the sizing was out. I ordered a L (large) which I would feel as a 12-14 would fit but i would say that i would of needed to be a size 8-10 to even come close to fit in the dress.”

“Paid for next day delivery and FU use a cheap courier so no tracking. Dress was very small and just put in a plastic bag disappointing.”
