“Dress is lovely and sizing good but lining too long and not stitched properly so shows when you pit dress in. Love the dress and don’t want to send back. May have to cut lining myself. A little bit more of quality control required.”

“The delivery service you used to deliver my parcel was not up to the standards of what I thought the service offered. Parcel still not delivered, changed time of delivery after waiting in and I work full time (shift all my appointments to accommodate the delivery time), not being to contact the Yodel via internet or telephone.. This has caused me a lot of stress and the dress is still not been delivered.”

“The website and delivery was excellent, product was good except for the sizing is Tiny. This is not a standard size L 12-14 and unfortunately I will have to return as it doesn’t fit If it did fit I would be happy with the Product.”

“Hello I must say that on my last 2 orders with FU I have not had the best of experiences I placed an order for my wife’s birthday and after a telephone call wherein 24/48 hour delivery was to be achieved – this was not the case I dad just placed my last order for a Gold Top for my wife and on the very next day the price had been reduced from £90.00 to £45.00 ? The product is fantastic and my wife is a big admirer of the fashion but I do feel that the SALE could have been advertised better so that I could have saved myself £45.00 and probably bought another item from the range ? is there any way that I could be reimbursed with a discount voucher or similar to soften the blow on this Thank You Jarleth”

“I'm happy with everything about the service from order to delivery,however the garment that I purchased didn't fit me and I had to return. The company offers free returns which you have to print out a free return label,as I don't have access to a printer I had to post it back myself,would be very helpful if they just included this in with your invoice,”
