“Beautiful dress bought for a wedding, Abbie Peach embroidered skater dress, exquisite and such good quality, cut and sizing. Arrived when they said it would albeit without the metallica belt but a quick and very polite phone call sorted that out and my daughters beautiful dress is good to go. Sharon will look simply stunning in this gorgeous dress at the wedding. Thank you Forever Unique xxx.”

“Very very disappointed i got sent the wrong dress and then said they sent mine out promising to deliver before 10 30am wednesday as I needed it for ladies day at york races. then to be told it's not getting delivered till thursday. Great !”

“I ordered a blazer and received a pair of trousers !!! The blazer I was told was then out of stock and I was expected to wait 10 days for a refund , pay for the return postage then send a copy of receipt to get it back in 10 days this is all after I was told the customer service girl was going to phone me back , she didn’t so I had another phone call with a girl named Beth who was much nicer and tried her best to deal with my problem even got an apology . This was the first time I had ordered with your company. Not looking good for any future business from me. I order a lot from the internet and have never had poor service like this before . I hope Beth for fills her promise and then maybe my opinion will change.”

“My jeans arrived in poor condition, they had a hole down the side of the leg which looked as though it had been attempted to be stitched up previously.. then slightly further down the leg again the seam was also starting to come away. It’s a shame as I loved the look of the jeans and they fitted well when I tried them on however they were falling apart!”

“It seems since RHOC its post them out in whatever state they are, the first few items I ordered were immaculate, now they seem to be shoved out from china hence why I am sending a recent order back.....over promising,..severely underreporting.....when I complained about a recent item that was so faulty I was offered a 10% discount or exchange, I explained 4 times it was for an event the next day but the guy didn't seem to care one bit ....,..Alex was his name I think, I will try one more time and see if there is any increase in packaging, customer service and the product itself, have never had to tidy up items so much....very disappointed.”

“Disappointed. Fabric cheap and thin , dress really poorly made and I ordered a size 12 , it only just fits my size 12 daughter trying to return goods but that’s not easy either , have to go on line and print a label ... I don’t have a working printer currently ... too much effort won’t order from this company again”

“The jacket is absolutely gorgeous and the quality is superb but disappointed in the sizing ...I’m a good sixteen top and I’m sorry but that not seen a sixteen it’s more like fourteen ..please do larger sizes or do a true representation of sizes ..,but the jacket is divine .....x”
