“I’m so disappointed in you guys. Your services are very poor. I purchased an item on Tuesday this week and I paid for next day delivery but didn’t receive it and there was no communication as to why it wasn’t delivered. Waited again on Thursday and they kept texting me it be with me between 7pm-9pm but all in vain and still no communications. It was me who keeps chasing you guys by making phone calls just to know what’s going on. I need this item ie a jumpsuit to be worn tomorrow on Saturday as I have an occasion to attend. It’s very unfair”

“Purchased a dress from the international website and received a dress which was from another brand. Contacted customer service as the other brand sold the same dress for half the price. I was told to return using the free returns label to get a refund. I explained that as an overseas customer I would have to pay for the return postage. Customer service didn't offer any solution.”
