“Dresses beautiful, and quality just as hoped for. But I am 5’2” so both too long for me.....so will have to return.... delivery and packaging great too..... jut disappointed I’m not taller....”

“I had a problem with the delivery of my dresses i opted for next day delivery but the parcel did not arrive the next day I spoke to an advisor who was very apologetic and assured me that my parcel had been dispatched. However when the dresses did arrive I was very pleased with them they are beautiful are true to size and I Carnt wait to wear them so the delivery has been forgiven”

“The dress was quite nice and exactly as the website pictures. It would be amazing if the white fabric underneath was not showing as the dress is black! The delivery experience was quite stressful as the item was left outside my front porch for 5 hours (luckily no one took it) and it was in a cheap plastic bag instead of a box!!!! You would thought that something that cost as much would at least come in a better packaging!!!!”

“Clothes are really poor quality i was actually quite shocked one shirt fell apart when opening package the broach completely fell of. Other 2 items were made so bad Stitching was falling apart and bits left uncut. The packaging is so poor, thrown in a bag no care ,items were so creased. I was disappointed so I sent all 3 items back and still awaiting refund. Very very poor. I hoped for a better experience and was left feeling ripped of . if you like primark u will love them if you want better quality at a decent price don’t bother .”

“First time used forever unique and am completely happy with my purchase. From ordering to delivery. Quality of item is out standing for the price and washes up great. The only fault I can say is I wish I had extra diamonties as one has fuller off! Will defiantly be ordering again”

“Very dissatisfied - ordered a dress, paid for express 2 day delivery, received an email to review my purchase but haven't yet received my purchase! Extremely disappointing especially given I emailed your customer service dept for an update with no response. Will be looking for a refund and don't intend on purchasing from your website again.”

“Good Morning, wasn’t happy with your service. Sent this email with no response. Had to call instead. I’m really disappointed with the service I have received from you guys. It is the first time purchasing a dress from you. I was extremely looking forward to receiving my dress yesterday. Ordered on express delivery as I have dinner reservations Saturday evening. Ordered it in a large and you have sent it in a small, on my statement it says I ordered it in a large also. What am I supposed to do now!? I would appreciate it if you could somehow rectify this problem please. Need the dress by tomorrow so I’m hoping you guys can send another ASAP. I will now have to return the small dress which is another insignificant problem I could do without as I am extremely busy at this very moment in time.
