“Delivery came when they said it would and the faux fur jacket I purchased with 50% off was fabulous the quality is fantastic very glamorous and expensive looking delighted with it will definitely be shopping more at forever unique.”

“The item I ordered was advertised as OS (one size) and suitable to fit a size 8-14. I am a size 10/12. When the jacket arrived it was labelled as a size S. I telephoned Forever Unique and they said it was only available in this size and is suitable for size 6-10. Consequently, it was a total waste of my time and money. I had to repackage the order, go and queue in the Post Office and send the item back. I am currently waiting for a refund. A really bad first experience with FU, which doesn't encourage me to try a second time.”

“The all-in-one was fantastic quality and it looked absolutely amazing on. My only reason I’ve not given it a 5 star is because you needed to be 6 foot to wear it. The trousers are extremely long and I had to get it shortened before I could wear it,”

“You took too long to send out the items after placing the order and shipping with dpd is the worst stayed in all day and then they for two days straight with no delivery delivered after they sent me a text message saying I’ll get me delivery and ask for it to be delivered to a shop next day and all now they still have the items”

“Fast efficient service. Well wrapped. Great quality. Value for money. I actually like the fact that Forever Unique insist on their returns being in pristine condition with all labels attached as you are confident that the product hasn’t been worn and returned previously, as I know this does happen. I also had the 50% off code which was an added bonus.”

“A breeze when it comes to browsing and making payment. Not so from then onwards starting with the packaging! For a £260 spend plus next day delivery cost I expect a little more finesse than a plastic bag! Then the quality - Ginny was adequate but the Marsha was frankly shabby with sequins already missing. Then the returns! The return label should be included with the associated returns paperwork. Finally, the returns parcel was Confirmed as returned on the 2nd Jan but only today (11th) have I received mail to confirm the return has been processed. I'm guessing another couple of days for the credit to actually hit my account. That exceeds the stipulated "up to 7 days" and that therefore breaks the terms of our agreement. Overall a disappointing experience.”
