“This is my first time ordering from you - firstly it took a long time 5- 28 June but that’s ok as I expected it. The dress is really poor quality- for £70 I do not expect thin unlined nylon/polyester with loos threads everywhere and overlooking that’s just run over the seams! The fit was also bad, shapeless and nothing like the pictures! I wouldn’t order from you again I’m afraid”

“The polka dot dress was ordered at the end of June and the money was taken out of my account. However there was a delay in the delivery and I received this on 27th July 2018. Why was the money taken out of my account a month before receipt of the dress? I do not think this is acceptable.”

“First time I have bought from Forever Unique, quality seems good however when I ordered EX18229 - Green And Pink Palm Print Wrap Dress I had to pre order as stock not due in till end of June, pre order received yesterday 25th June then received an email today showing same dress now in stock and reduced by £17 😞 Had it said not in stock until end of a June and Ihad waited I would have saved money😢”

“The dress I ordered for my birthday back in may was on pre order for dispatch on 18th June,my birthday was 23rd of June and when I called customer services to ask why the dispatch date had changed to the 22nd June on the website I was told it had always been the 22nd! Why would I order a dress for the 23rd if the dispatch was the 22nd? But still told I was wrong! The dress arrived today (25th) will be sending back!”

“I have waited for this dress for weeks and when it arrived it was not the colour I ordered. On the description the dress was white but the dress that just arrived is cream = I would not have ordered the dress if I had know it was cream. It is also shorter that the dress on the model. Very disappointed”
