0* if I could. Word of warning for all of you complaining about returns and not receiving refunds; I too have not received a refund for goods sent back over a month ago and that are now out of their own refund policy and I keep getting fobbed off in emails about large back logs and not to chase. I became suspicious when I noticed on their website has a sale up-to 40% off, so I googled Forever Unique to find they went into liquidation earlier this year with massive debts and filed for bankruptcy in April! All I can suggest is approaching your bank or credit card company to see if you are eligible for a refund that way. Good Luck!

Very bad experience with my returns 2 items pending since 31 MAR and 14 APR . The automated email says refrain from chasing , emailing or calling or you will be out back at the end of the queue . This is ludicrous service . I am over GBP480 out of pocket . Anyone has any suggestions .

I’ve been in touch regarding a return (which I made on 2 May). I was advised on 16 May that there was a backlog but my refund would be processed. It is now 20 days post return and still nothing has been done. The quality of clothing I purchased was tacky/ poor too. Avoid this online boutique if possible

Been waiting over 2 months for a refund, absolutely disgusting customer service do not recommend and will never be purchasing anything else from here again . Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!!!!

I am totally disgusted in the way you handle customer returns. I have been waiting over 10 weeks for my money to be refunded and all I get is we have a back log or returns. 1 it doesn’t say much for your products and 2 legally you have to return a customers money with in 14 days you have taken it so return it.

No wonder you are called forever because I’m still waiting for my refund. You received my return 06/04/23. My money was taken from my account in seconds a month later and I’m out of pocket. Plus you charged to return . Terrible customer service 😒

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a couple of items which I returned and got no refund. I am taking it further. They are a scam! They will take your money but you won’t get it back if you return anything.

I have used this company many times. The clothes are good quality but i have made 2 returns since January which they confirmed have been received but still have not received a refund. Going by the reviews i am not alone. This would ring alarm bells that perhaps this company is in financial trouble. Its digusting that we cant get to speak to anyone or have any sort of communication from them. I guess i am like so many others and doubt after 3 months i will receive anything. I will most definitely not be ordering from them again.

I returned a dress to yourselves and ordered another one but in a smaller size this was on the 7th March I am yet to receive a refund for the dress I returned , I have messaged 3 times and I haven’t received a reply this is very poor customer service and I won’t be ordering from you again

They take your money and then do not refund your money. There is no way of contacting them and they are doing this to lots of customers.

Wish I could put less than 1 star! Sent a dress back weeks ago and still haven't received my refund and when you email customer service you just get a automated response saying they will get back to you when they can and not to keep emailing as it will delay them getting back to you! Second dress I ordered was poor quality and had lines like pulled material! Don't waste your money plenty of other places to order from!

I would also give a 0 star rating if I could. I have been waiting for a refund since 14th March, no even acknowledgement. I have emailed , instra private messaged still nothing. A brand I have used for years not sure what is going on there but the customer service is a disgrace

I have been waiting for two refunds totalling £360 for over a month. FU have admitted that they have received the good I returned but still waiting for my money back. They never answer the phone and they hang on to your money that is rightly yours.....Will never order from this company again .....I WANT MY MONEY

I wish you could give a 0 review. I am still waiting for 3 refunds from the 27th 28th February and 1st March nearly £400 worth. I am yet to have any notifications about my return and when you come to ring they are not open. They open for 2 hours on certain days. And then the dial tone hangs up. I totally agree with majority of the reviews. This company needs to be exposed. I almost feel stupid for reading the reviews and then taking a chance with them. It’s ruined my hen as now I have to make do with what I have. Awful customer service.

I would give this nil stars if I could. This company needs to be exposed - it advertises tv personalities such as Lorraine Kelly and other GMB personalities as wearing their clothes yet once you send your items back for a refund you are left waiting to receive your money with no response or any level of customer service. I returned something on 27th February using the postal service they recommend and am yet to receive my refund 1 month later. I have written two emails and received no response. I have called and waited on hold only to be hung up on after 10 minutes. DISGUSTING!!!

Order No: 50230827 Order Date: 10-Feb-2023 Return Request Number: RMA00584762 Returned received Date: 27-Feb-2023 It is over a month since I returned the very poor quality clothes I received. I posted the return on 20/02/23. They acknowledged they had received it on 27/02/23. It is now 25/03/23 and I am still waiting for a refund of £238.98. I have had to open a case with paypal to get my money refunded. The clothes are the worse quality clothes I have ever had. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST, TERRIBLE CLOTHES AND YOU DONT GET YOUR REFUND!!

Absolutely apalling 'business'. I wouldn't even call it that. It is an over-hyped run website, but peopel who clearly don't know how to run a business. Please don't be fooled by the nice looking clothes. I would love to give minus 10 starts if I could. I really wanted to like Forever Unique. The styles are nice and I would love to buy more from them. They would have a very loyal customer if they were actually a business. Except they are not. They owe me £300 in returns. I have messaged them many times and each time I get the same standard response, your refund is being processed. It has been 2 months! I believe the people in the company are either not fit to run a business (nice version) or they are just running a scam (is what I'm starting to believe). It is mildly said infuriating. Oh and buy the way illegal. But I'm sure they already know that. Anyway. To anyone reading this, please save yourself the headache, the time wasted on countless emails you'll send and the financial loss you will incur.

Terrible customer service. I submitted my return request in January. It’s now March and I still haven’t received my refund. Can you report a UK business to the Business Bureau? They confirmed that my items were returned, but they show no efforts of fulfilling that request.
