“Returned item as coral dress was not as vibrant as I thought, appreciate colour is difficult to fully interpret on line. Quality of dress disappointing, material looked cheap and lining was not good, for £180 dress the finish was just not right. The diamante neckline was poor quality and looked tarnished, the packaging of the dress was again not what i would have expected and item was creased. However perhaps just a bad choice. On the positive the service was good and delivered on time.”

“First of all, the dress I bought looks stunning. Customer service helped me by picking the best size for me, was struggling because I am a classical in between size S and M girl. After I ordered I choose express international delivery, however my tracking number was missing in my email confirmation. Short message to customer service and the next day I got my tracking number and my parcel was already on the way. So all in all, great experience, nice quality dresses, will buy definitely more of them in the future :)”

“The dress was nice but the delivery appalling, I had next day delivery my parcel arrived 4 days late! I know this is not Forever Uniques complete fault as it was Yodel however they chose to use them to deliver.”

“I ordered a jacket on Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Saturday lunchtime. The jacket is beautiful and I’m delighted with it. Perfect service and excellent quality jacket”

“It has been 3 days since i placed my order and the money taken from my account and i am yet to receive a confirmation email. Im beginning to wonder if i will ever see the dress or my money again. Not impressed so far. Will be happy to review again when/if the situation changes.”

“I still haven't received my order even though I chose next day delivery but I receive an email to give a review... I tried to call them this morning after 9:30am when they are supposed to be open, it's 10am now and I still hear this message asking to call back at their normal office hours from 9:30am to 6pm... Really not professional!”

“I ordered my dress on Monday 25th March and paid extra for fast delivery as it was for a wedding on The Friday and the dress arrived at 11am on Friday 29th March. When I contacted customer service to chase on Wednesday 27th March I was told that the gown was pre order and wasn’t even in stock when I purchased so I don’t understand why you didn’t alert me? The experience was extremely stressful as I was leaving work at 1pm and the gown arrived at 11am which meant I didnt have time to try it before the event. Such a shame as I adore the gown but it’s put me off purchasing from you online in the future.”
