“Love the dress (great quality, shape, material and detail) but it arrived with the security tag attached. Now sorting out returning it to be removed before I can wear it. Good job the event is another week away.”

“Purchased lovely pink jumper exactly how it was described on Your Website Also purchased pink jumpsuit but was really disappointed. Ordered a Small but it was huge. More like a size 14. Apart from that very Good service will continue to be a valued customer. Thanks”

“Beautiful dress.great fit in an 18 so I ordered the dress inXXL. Perfect fit. Material is a little cheap looking to say the dress cost £80. Lypsy do a very similar dress for £60 I've bought that too as the material is a lot nicer.”

“I chose 2 dresses on Tuesday 2nd for next day delivery as I needed them for ladies day at aintree. One parcel tried to be delivered Wednesday but couldn’t be so I asked for it to be delivered to an alternative address I am still waiting for it to arrive - it’s now Monday. The other arrived on Friday 2 days late and too late for me to wear. I can’t even apply for a full refund as yet as the other parcel is still with yodel and despite 6 attempts to call and live chat I have had no response so I am currently 340 pound out of pocket and still didn’t have a dress for the races.”

“Great dress but tassels were falling off trying it on and walking through the bar, it’s very fragile definitely not for dancing. Delivery options need to be extended too I was lucky a neighbour was near to sign as I had no other option, not great for next day delivery and no collectplus for example”
