“Very poor quality returning item”

“I saw the dress on Holly W and was keen to purchase. The dress took a month to arrive; it was clearly popular and I am sure you were overwhelmed by the orders you received. Consequently, the dress I received was very poor quality (much to my disappointment). I am sure Holly herself did not wear a dress that was finished so poorly. I will not be purchasing from Forever Unique again based on this experience”

“I'm sadly really disappointed with my purchase. I thought that the material was highly uncomfortable as well as the dress being far too short for my height (6'0) but I was led to believe that the pictures on the website suggested otherwise. Definitely not worth the £70 I spent.”

“The dress was exactly as seen on line and I absolutely love it. However, it was dreadfully creased on arrival and needed pressing before I could wear it which was disappointing considering the price of the dress.”

“Problem free shopping👍 Did my pre-order was notified an estimated date for delivery. That date was confirmed and it arrived 2 days later (would have been next day but I requested the change of date) and I LOVE this dress. So happy thank you x”

“Delivery was approx. 4 weeks later than had been given at time of online purchase even though I paid for next day delivery! When item arrived, poor quality and poor fitting. I doubt i'll use again.”

“I order a dress for a wedding I paid for 4 days delivery It did not come within 4 days, so I emailed you, I didn’t receive a reply, I got my dress yesterday nearly 3 weeks later, I had to go shopping on morning of the wedding as I’d set my heart on wearing this dress on the day. I going to now return the dress, as the wedding I’d now been and gone. I would have been happier to have had a reply from the email, then at least I would have known where I would have been up to regarding my outfit. Thank you Mrs J Robinson”
