“First time ordering from here and I wasn’t impressed. I paid for next day delivery within the timeframe and I didn’t receive the dress until 3 days later. I emailed twice to see why it hadn’t been delivered but I had no response. Very poor customer service.”

“As the average height of women is about 5foot 6 inch the dress is a little longer than I would have liked. The model wearing it in your advert was 5 foot 9inch . I am 5foot 5inch , so to wear it to bits best i need to have it shortened by 4 inches. Not an easy job because of the ribbon near the hem. Any ideas?”

“Have ordered twice from this company, latest delivery came two days later with excellent tracking facility. Pleased with this second delivery, my only grumble is that the maxi dress is far too long for me and now have an added expense to be altered, I’m no tall, slim model by any means but average height. Will order again from Forever Unique.”

“dress was originally £60 but bought in sale, arrived crumpled, not quality would exspect, packaged in plastic unbranded, and dress not labelled forever unique, feel could have bought dress off ebay. if you are using third party suppliers define as such. overpriced at £30 but will keep on this occasion. delivery to be signed for, was thrown over fence by yodel.”

“The dress I bought ended up being glittery (i had no idea I thought it’s polka dot) and I wore it for 2seconds and all my life is covered in glitter now. Very very low quality! I don’t think I’ll shop from this brand ever again!”
