“Love everything I buy from here bought all sorts over the years wore it for at least 10 years now. Good quality and if there is anything wrong they sort out issues quite quick and promptly”

“Item received looked nothing like the picture. The size small more like a medium. Postage was 8.50e. and you pay to return the item. As an avid on- line shopper I will never shop with Forever Unique again. First and last time sadly.”

“Ordered a blazer and the size and colour was clearly in stock but was sent the wrong colour blazer which i feel is very poor Quality Assurance and this should have been checked against mu order carefully. Now i have the hassle of sending it back due to their error.”

“Firstly I had to email Customer service to see If my order had gone through has I hadn’t received a confirmation email. Secondly when placing the order I paid for next day delivery and was sent an email on the day of expected arrival saying because there was an hitch in the system this would not be happening but they would refund me my delivery costs and would get the order the following day. Although not entirely satisfied with the service I did get promo replies from customer service. So well done to customer service, the only reason for the 2 star rating ☹️”

“I have used Forever Unique for years, because the clothes fit me perfectly, and look exactly as in the photos. Shame you ve stopped sending them beatufully wrapped, alot of money to get clothes sent in a plastic bag!! Also, hate your returns policy!! But still, a huge fan!!!!”

“Ordered small and medium, I am a size 10 and wanted to be sure it fitted as I hadn't ordered before. Both too small so I ordered a large which arrived and was actually smaller than the medium. Delivery service very good just the production of the dress was of a poor quality due to sizing being tiny.”

“Product wise I am happy with my purchase although it did need returning for a smaller size (not anyones fault nor a major issue) Customer service wise, disappointed with the time it takes to get a response to a query. Still waiting to see when my exchange will be sent out, item returned was delivered to supplier on Monday, I just merely want to know when I will receive my replacement”
