“My items were delayed and delayed and I was about to give up on the customer service, but when they did finally reply to my email they were very helpful and turned out my order was held up at customs due to COVID-19.”

“The pendant chain I got was cheap and tacky. One week after receiving it the gold chain faded to a bronze colour. Very disappointed :(”

“I tried FF because of disappointment with the usual other, more well known brands. I have now purchased the jeans, Tracksuits, hoodies and the T-shirt’s from FF. I’m impressed with all. The fit is exactly how it should be across the range. Great quality and material - that actually lasts. Great customer services too, very responsive and helpful. Definitely a satisfied customer here.”
