“They used to be really good and reliable , last order I wanted 3 XL t- shirts, they sent me 2 S and 1 M ..these are useless I sent them back and now they don't reply or emails are now not even going through. They made there money and now don't care. Lost £30”

“I thought the customer service was shocking I attempted so many times to contact you on your web site but no joy. I then emailed in to find out what was happening with my refund. William told me he was going to look into it it then took another 3 days and for me to email in before someone decided to get back to me so all in all I took 9-10 days before I got my refund back. Overall I thought the service I received was shocking”

“The clothes are great quality. But customer service is bad. Only way to contact is via email- I e-mailed to say I needed to exchange some items (there was NO return slip in the bag) still had no response over a week later and I had to return the package with a handwritten note explaining the situation about exchange and had to pay £6.50 to get it back to them. I hope it works as I’ll be £50 out of pocket if not.”
