“We have had AMAZING customer service from this company! Their products are so comfortable! I didn't even know about all the features when we first bought them. They have pockets, a butt flap, hood, detachable feet and are extremely cozy without being too hot. Again customer service was 5⭐️

“I purchased two Heavyweight Sweatshirt Onesies in Heathered Red. Both badly pilled and a crotch seam unraveled after just wearing once. I returned because both material and craftsmanship were faulty, not because I had a change of mind. I won't be ordering any more of their onesies because they didn't refund the $11.95 shipping I had paid. It cost me nearly $12 for learning not to trust their material and/or stitching. Lesson learned. I won't be back.”
