“Hang in there...this is a long one. I first reached out to Kyle at Forever Rad in May of 2022. At that time I was shopping for my next motorcycle. Based on the work Kyle was doing with the Indian Challengers I decided to give them more serious consideration (stock sucks and there weren't many shops out there doing much with this platform other than Forever Rad). Fast forward to June, 2023...I have asked Kyle 22 questions (yes, I actually counted all of them from our Instagram messages) and I now own a 2023 Challenger Dark Horse (Indian, in your new owner survey, you need to ask "Did you buy this because of how awesome Forever Rad makes Challengers look and perform" and pay him a commission, seriously). While I am just getting started on the mods to this bike and have now made my first purchase, of what I expect will be many, from Forever Rad there are a few things which stand out...follow through is best in class. I placed an order at 10am on a Thursday, my part arrived by 11:30am the very next day. Every person in the Indian Challenger community whom I have come across who has interacted, purchased parts (or a full blown bike) from Kyle has only been complementary on his professionalism and willingness to help them in their questions (of which some of us ask a lot). Lastly, having been an active motorcyclist for over 30 years now and having modified to some extent every single bike I have owned, I have interacted with many business owners in this industry...very small to the executives of the large parts houses, I can truly say Kyle is the most gracious and humble of any I have met. No question has been too small, no conversation or message has gone unanswered and his enthusiasm for this industry and his customers is genuine. I hope Kyle and Forever Rad continue to push forward in this industry and I wish them the very best.”
