I received my order for a pair of jeans which were too big so I tried to send them back for a smaller size. I completed the form and the customer reference number and a notice came up saying
‘’whoops something went wrong we’ll send you an email’ it didn't arrive . I emailed them but no response. No phone number is available
. I’d like to get the correct size for me because I really like the product but the returns online system doesn’t appear to work
