I spoke with 4 differant people when i took the intitive to call. it was a intake person or a paral legal and it is never the same person. No one ever knows details about your case and they are quick to justify every concern & question with " these cases take years, and when we need anything from you we will contact you". The system is set up like a intake service for attornies nationwide contracted with Morgan & Morgan..then assigned. You will never speak to an attorney..until they decide to file, which will be close to your deadline date. If you do, especially a class action, the attorney's office is out of state. Extremely Impersonal..and a very lonely time wasting feeling.”
