“I've only been doing the shakes for 3 days, on my 4th day now and the results are incredible. All my clothes are baggier and I never feel bloated. The shakes taste delicious, I'm not normally a fan of sweet drinks but these are too tasty to say no to. I would recommend this product to everyone - really good buy!”

“As a sufferer of cellulite I am always trialing different product and ways to reduce this. I go to the gym a number of times a week, eat well and have tried numerous creams so I know there is no miracle cure but that I should give these supplements a go. Overall I was really impressed with the results - probably one of the most effective products I have used actually. My skin is softer and I have seen a good reduction in cellulite. Great value for money too.”

“As a personal trainer it is really important to find the supplements that suits your needs. I've always opted for a CLA to build muscle and I have noticed a decent drop in my body fat percentage since taking these. I shall definitely be using LEANs CLA in future.”

“Whilst I have tried many products on the market before, I was intrigued to find that this one did NOT contain caffeine. I am fairly sensitive to stimulants and so it was great to see that a diet company has actually produced a weight loss supplement with this in mind. Overall, very impressed with the results, I felt a difference in myself as I wasn't feeling hungry between meals not did I feel the urge to snack. Definitely recommend this product to those looking to lose some pounds!”

“I needed to lose a bit of weight for my holiday so I gave this a go as it seemed like an easy to follow plan. They pretty much map everything out for you, the shakes are tasty and the recipes are really simple and quick to follow. I lost 10lb in just under 4 weeks which I was really happy with. I'd definitely recommend as you get the results and it's good value for money.”

“I was really impressed with this! All of the ebooks are great and gave me direction with every aspect of getting into shape. They've given a step by step guide on how to use the products and when to take them. If, like me, you get baffled when trying to structure my diet, fitness regime and get the most out of the supplements, this is super helpful. Absolute bargain for all that's included!”

“I can't recommend the Forza plan enough. With my wedding fast approaching I had only 5 months to get in shape and lose weight but it took pictures from my first dress fitting to spur me into action. After seeing the pictures I was devastated at how much weight I had put on. I was hovering around 12 stone and my face and belly looked really bloated so I decided to kick to start my weight loss and fitness regime by following the Forza 4 week plan and hitting the gym. The weight started to fall off me quite quickly so I continued following the plan. I was already feeling a lot more confident about my body but I was still stunned to see the difference at my final dress fitting and had to spend quite a bit of money getting the dress taken in! In 5 months I lost 35lbs and 23 inches in total and was 9.7 stone on my wedding day. Premise of the plan is based on taking 2 of their Shake it Slim meal replacement shakes a day which makes life easier, especially when I was so hectic with work, going to the gym and organising the wedding etc. The shakes taste great and the suggested recipes and snacks on the plan are delish and filling too. Weight loss is hard but this plan made it easier than previous diets I've been on and it offered great value for money too. My Mum wanted to lose weight for the wedding as well so I recommended the Forza plan to her and she lost 2 stone on it too! Absolutely thrilled with the results!”

“After buying a Spiderbottle, which was not easier to clean than other shakers, and had a unpractical lid. I chose the Forza Shaker, even if it is advertised for Women, because of the different design. It is perfect in every way. The lid opens completely. The handle is practical for taking it out of the fridge, carrying and unscrewing it. The drinking hole is easy to clean and easy to drink from. It dissolves better than the Spider Bottle. The Ball alone is enough. The net at the top isnt needed, but practical to have. I add 100ml Water and shake it a few times, after daily use, empty it, rinse it with Water, and it is completely clean, No residue anywhere. Other shakers and bottles i tried, All were more difficult to clean. To sum it up +Easiest to clean +best dissolving. +best drinking opening +easy to unscrew thanks to handle +easy to hold in the hand because its slim +odor free +practical Handle, to take it out of the fridge. +cheaper than all other high quality shakers I know, but much better functionality I am angry i spent nearly double the price on a spider bottle, before trying this shaker, because I thought its made for women. The blue version is a darker blue and suitable for any man...”

“What a great idea! I always come to FORZA to get my diet shakes and saw this new ebook. I've tried some of the ideas already and they really help to keep me full in between shakes. I am yet to try all of the recipes but the fruit and nut bars sound delicious. It's free which makes it all the better.”

“I buy pre-workout powders on a regular basis, having tried the likes of Optimum Nutrition and MyProtein but have always been disappointed with my purchase. Having contacted the Forza team I was lucky enough to try this pre workout drink on pre-release. Flavour is awesome, mixes well and the ingredients are spot on. Big thumbs from me”

“I hate to admit it but I love to have cheeky Starbucks or Costa Coffee beverage - don't judge me, I know they have lots of calories and are fattening but I have never been able to find a low calorie alternative. These hot drinks from Forza are the best that I can find, not only are they delicious but keep me full throughout the day. This large supply saved me money and stops me pigging out at lunchtime. Thanks Forza”
