“I buy regularly from Forza and I loved the Cappucino Shake it Slim. I ordered 2 tubs of it this time but they have definitely changed the recipe. All you can taste is chemicals and it repeats on you throughout the day (my partner has said the same). It was my favourite but would definitely not be buying anymore. It’s a shame none of the other flavours have been in stock for a long time.”

“no email notifications of order placed or received. no email of dispatch , then when arrived the burner tabs only got 2 months before they are out of date !!!!! emailed then numerous times with no replies to any so customer service 0 !! would not recommend this company”

“Order came quickly and with clear instructions. However after following this for a week eating healthy and exercising daily I put on 3 lbs so sorry to say I would not recommend this.”

“Received my order and I am rather miffed that all 5 containers have a use by date of August 2020. The pancake mix isn’t the best either. Overall disappointing.”

“Was very dissapointed with the taste of the flavours I received, I had read they were very sweet, but with a sweet tooth that didn't bother me. The actual flavour tastes very artificial and is actually nasty. My husband tried them to see if it was just me, but he took a few sips and couldn't drink any more. They also didn't seem to mix well, even after shaking vigourously for about 5 mintues there was still lumps that stuck in your throat. I'm going to just give them away if I can't force myself to drink them, very gutted.”

“Like the original flavors although they are very sweet. New variety flavours are not as strong and consistency is too thick for me even with 350ml of water. Plus they never seem to dissolve completely like the original shakes on cold water. Plus the shaker bottle I bought wasn't right. The top grill kept falling into my bottle when It should stay near the lid. I contacted Forza UK via their Facebook page and got a quick response to say this is not normal and they would send me out another. I've nearly finished my two week session of these so is quite pointless now. Also the bottle holder is bad design. When I open my bottle lid it falls through the holder and I keep getting my finger trapped when I try to close the lid. Its just very awkward closing it from the back (I know I'm not explaining this properly) All in all the shakes are not too bad, I love milkshakes so a shake diet was always going to be good for me.”

“Normally love your product however didn’t like the t5 extra strength they made me sick twice and didn’t give me a buzz or feel like I even wanted to train very disappointed in this product never had that from any other things I have bought from you !”

“i asked for the delivery at the same day as i was traveling and after some time I got call from the customer service saying that its banks holiday and they wont be able to deliver the same day and it will take 2 days to be delivered, I asked for refund and I got it .”

“last month I had bought 2 boxes of Forza shake it slims, i was very happy with the packaging and the sachets, I then purchased them again because I really liked them but this time the packaging looked very cheap and the sachets were not as good as the last ones they were plain i didnt know which one was chocolate or strawberry.”

Hi Thank you for your email. I am sorry that you are disappointed but I can assure you that it is the same blend as always. We do take customer feedback very seriously and this is why the box was made more compact for easy storage. The plain sachets will soon be replaced by the coloured ones they were purely manufactured in plain to meet demand. “I used these tablets and found that they upset my tummy and caused discomfort. They may work for others but didn't for me. When I researched more into what was in the tablets I found that what was said about them was not on the packaging or label so this then put me off. I didn't see the full effect in them making me feel fuller.”
