“Appalling service. Item was supposed to be in stock and have one dispatch. They took the money, but so far have not dispatched item and won't answer my emails. I'd rather pay a little extra and deal with a trustworthy supplier.”

“Great product, great price, good service. BUT This was supposed to be a surprise for my birthday from my wife and despite her changing all of the details to her name I was inundated with updates on 'my' order which came addressed to me. Somewhat spoiled my birthday surprise but delighted with the product.”

“I phoned to make sure that you had enough stock of kodak portra 400 120 in stock that I was going to order, to which the reply was yes. It was meant to be posted within 3-5 business working days, however it was posted on the 7th business working day which is later than the date we needed it to shoot with and we had to go out and find alternative film to be able to do the job over seas with. Eventually we received the film which was 7 packs less than we ordered meaning that there wasn't enough in stock in the first place... This is unacceptable when a whole job is replying on the film turning up when it says it will.”

“Ordered a bag which was supposedly available when I bought it but turned out it wasn't. Had to wait several weeks before it eventually arrived. On the plus side Customer Service from Holly was excellent. She answered all my emails very promptly and was extremely helpful.”

“I ordered on 10 December and I haven’t received a delivery. Your first email stated I would receive an email when the goods were dispatched, with a tracking number. I haven’t received this either so at the moment very concerned”
