Hi, thanks for providing us with honest feedback. We've taken the time to review your concerns and agree that our return concrete fees in Victoria were quite high. We've made the decision to reduce the cost from $350 to $150 giving you a saving of $200. Our tech team have also built a wonderful concrete calculator tool to help customers better estimate the amount of concrete needed for jobs to help prevent return concrete. We hope you continue to use Found and look forward to hearing any other suggestions you may have.
