Got my son a Fourfit a Mini for Christmas. No instructions. Looked online, downloaded app and have been trying to connect the watch with the app for 5 hours - no joy. I have one very disappointed 9 year old, and have wasted money on something that does not work.

Awful ordered 3 fitness trackers for my kids beginning dec Still not arrived and no one is responding to my emails I’ve had to buy another 3 from elsewhere so I’m over £100 out of pocket! Do not buy from here

Got ours fourfit mini2 from kidsfitnesstracker that i think is the same site, 17 days to turn up, cannot get though to them and theyve sent wrong colour, not responding to any emails and cant use the live chat, echo what most said about a scam company

Ordered mini2 payment came out of bank on 6th December. I have never recieved any confirmation of my order. Tried email and live chat and manage to get one reply saying no email address linked to order so I asked them to add it and let me know when to expect the item. Now getting no response at all????

Ordered and paid for kids Fitbit around 25th November... no sign of it yet. I emailed last week and have not had a reply 👎🏿

They are a scam company. Time resets once battery goes flat and now can’t link up on blue tooth. No response to emails

Took 3.5 weeks to turn up, and it's the wrong colour. I don't know if to return or not as I don't hold any hope of getting refund back. You can't call -only email which when chasing the order it seemed to take them forever to get back to us. Bad service, packaging cheap, haven't even turned on as wrong product so can't comment if it actually works.

Really terrible product and company (word used in the loosest possible term!) Avoid buying using recommending. Cheap inoperable products from a scamming company.

Ordered a product which when arrived was by a different company called smart band.....when searching on Google the product was shown on Amazon for £12.99. I am appalled by the service as they are now ignoring my messages when before hand they would come back to me straight away when chasing my delivery. They also sent the parcel to the wrong address which luckily i noticed when Hermes sent my confirmation and re diverted to a neighbour. The product does not look like what was ordered. I would NOT recommend them.

Bought the Signa watch and then the steel strap to go with it, arrived on time, steps and mileage tracker way out, returned the watch and received another, this was ok for a few weeks then went the same way. Asked for a refund for both watch and strap, after numerous emails they agreed to refund both items, so far only refunded the money for the strap, I have taken the matter up with Paypal and the next step will be through the courts. Customer service is a bit like the watch very hit and miss.

Returned my watches (due to not arriving in time) on the 20th August. Received and signed for by Fourfit. Since then no acknowledgement of return, no replies to email or personal Facebook inbox messages. 2.5 months later - no watches and no refunds. Awful post sales customer service although no problem communicating prior to sale!

Ordered a fot watch for my sons 8th birthday delivery stated within 48 hours didn't turn up got a email to day would take 7 more days asked for a refund as needed 1 for a the next day. Now 13 days late after 17 emails still no refund. Alarm bells riniging

Don’t buy this band I purchased two of these for my children and I’ve had problem after problem with both of them from not charging to the time not being set up correctly, the company is online based only no phone contact I have had to send a numerous amounts of emails over and over again they promise something and don’t fulfil it honestly I wish I hadn’t bothered purchasing these for my children they are a waste of money don’t buy them

Dreadful company - a bunch of cowboys! I ordered a four fit mini for my daughter. It was total rubbish. The strap kept coming apart. Sent the goods back to the return address and now 9 weeks on still chasing them for a full refund. Awful, awful customer service and products. Avoid at all costs!!!

They deliver a dreadful product to you which will inevitably be returned - at which point radio silence ensues and they do not return your cash. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

Faulty £39 fitbit returned 29th May, 12 plus weeks on and after numerous mails which at first were acknowledged saying it was passed to the billing dept, nothing. They wont even answer my mails now! If any of the people who had the same problems have managed to get a refund, please let the rest of us know how you managed it!
