“Foxy Locks hair extensions are amazing! I have been using these for around 4yrs now and would not use any other brand. The hair extensions before my recent purchase were very long lasting considering dying them up to 5 times. They have lasted over a year. The hair is tangle free and easy to maintain also left feeling and looking smooth and shiny after every wash. Highly recommend.”

“Absolutely obsessed with my clip in ponytail. The hair is amazing quality and washes beautifully. I can style it straight or curly and after many many wears it still looks as good as new. It pays to invest in real hair (having had many synthetic pieces which get thrown away after 6 or 7 uses due to matting). Will be buying again without doubt. The colour match service was also spot on”

“Had for a couple of weeks now, looked after them barely any heat applied and they look ratty! Really didn't expect a huge amount of time from them but weeks is ridiculous. Also when placing order it allowed me to add a voucher code after purchasing I was then told the code wasn't able to be used as I had purchased from the outlet. This was foxy locks mistake not mine and as a goodwill gesture shouldn't of told me to pay or cancel order.”

“Order placed in 21 of August for destination Marbella, Spain. Now we are in 17 of September. As of today, I have not received the package, nor have I received any updates regarding its delay. I have checked with the shipping carrier and there seems to be no additional information available on the whereabouts of the package. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter promptly and either ensure the delivery of the package or process a full refund. Please let me know the next steps as soon as possible.”

“Absolutely beautiful hair, the best I think I’ve ever purchased and this is coming from someone who has had to wear extensions since I was 17 (I’m now 35) because I unfortunately have two strands of hair on my head haha! But honestly, I’m so pleased with these extensions. Especially as I purchased some from another website recently and I had to be refunded as the hair was awful! “The hair colour was beautiful, but the designs of the ponytail was not great. It kept slipping out of my hair and the velcro would not stick very well. I have fine hair and it might have been better to do a thinner ponytail as it was hard to wrap round the base of my ponytail. I have orderd extensions in the past and been very happy but for me I feel I paid a lot of money for this ponytail and won’t be wearing it again. It’s hard to try the pony unless the labels come off and was unable to return.”

“I cannot comment on the product but the return process was disappointing. I wanted to exchange but I was made to return the extensions for £6. I thought if I wasn’t happy again, it would cost me another £6.”
