“The ponytail I ordered was of very low quality, very very thin hair, for the price you pay it is not worth it! I got the ponytail in 22inches / vanilla frappe. The only thing worse than the hair was the customer service. You need to pay for returns. Don’t be fooled by them.. low quality hair and even worse customer service. Never would I order again”

“One of the WORST products I have ever used. I didn't want to leave this review but I need everyone to know that the tape remover takes a VERY long time to work and my fingers were aching after I did just 3 tapes. In the end I had to combine oil and use some of my old brand to remove it. Customer Services were awful & the spray smelt awful, very chemical and no oils or softening properties...the brand might look good but it does absolutely nothing! Very very disappointed 😞 and will never return.”

“Ordered some tape in hair extension remover, worked really well. Didn’t damage my hair, removed the tape easily and didn’t leave any residue! Very happy with the purchase!”

“This is the first time I have got these extensions and they are fabulous the quality for the price is amazing, they feel and look so good, they colour match to my hair perfectly, after been a user of nano ring hair extensions I wanted to let my hair breath for a while but these are perfect for when going out etc, can’t recommend these enough!”

“Had to return the cappuccino for the brondie 20inch and it couldn't of been any easier!. When I did receive my new extensions they are super soft and thick! Had no issues blending them in and they looked so beauty! I would 100% repurchase.”

“I’ve never purchased any other extensions (over ten years) as the quality is so good. They’re so soft. I must say I don’t think the extensions are as thick as they were. My last set I bought about 6 months ago were definitely thicker. I only buy the volumiser now but they just seem a bit thinner than they once were. So much so that I bought another set the next day to double them up”
