The perfume came damaged and just because the delivery box wasn't wet, I wasn't granted a refund or replacement. It doesn't even make sense because the tin the perfume came in was SEALED and the damaged perfume was stuck in the tin. Scummy company, I'm out of money for no reason now

Bought a perfume that lost is fragrance, 1 hour of used and the smell was gone. Contacted the customer service and I sent the perfum back and after that no more contact was done, no refund was made... Rubish system they have, so careful when dealing with them

Sent photos and had to them print off a label to send it back before getting a refund (which has not been received yet).

They will not issue a refund , only store gift card. If there is an issue with your parcel , they simply ignore you for weeks and then say we cannot issue refund only store credit. I do not need store credit as I had to buy replacement elsewhere. Money stuck now with these fraudsters.

FD have offered to replace or refund but I have to go to all the bother of repackaging, printing off the label and going to the post office to return.

For the above reasons, we have requested a refund and will not use the company again or, indeed, recommend it to others.

I ordered this perfume for my daughter for christmas to stop her using mine. On comparison it is quite clearly a fake the scent doesn't last at all my stella perfume lasts me all day, really disappointed as my daughter now things ive ordered her a fake perfume! not heard back from them after several tries will be going to my bank as I used my card to try and get a refund.

Order lost in post. Fragrance Direct blamed Royal Mail for loosing my order. Had to refund me as they were out of stock. Extremely disappointed as it was a birthday present. After 7 days with no order I emailed them, no response, so I had to phone them direct, only to find out it was lost and there was nothing they could do. First time I've used this company, and would seriously advise anyone not to buy from them. RUBBISH!!

I decided to bite the bullet & place my 1st order through their website. It took me 2 phone calls and a web chat to confirm that no only had they not sent my order but that they were unable to even find it on their records. This was despite paying extra for the next day delivery and the order value being close to £100! I'm now waiting to see how long I have to wait for a refund.
