“still not arrived. after 6 days contacted you by phone. you said it was sent to wrong depot and would let me know. still not heard or received anything”
“Perfume was badly packaged, all protection placed on one side of the box and nothing on the other. The prefume comes in a collectable tin which had several dents on delivery. I would have returned the item and demanded a refund if it wasn't a gift and I thought there was any chance of me getting a second in time.
They also use Hermes for delivery which are notoriously bad in my local area.”

“The item was a very good price so was not too sure what to expect, however it arrived with the box sealed and in shop condition. This will be a present for my son-in-law so hasn’t been opened yet. An added bonus was that it arrived sooner than the expected date.”
