“Had the item in the colour I was after. Good website, easy ordering with Paypal. Item was genuine and delivery was free. Could argue that delivery was a tiny bit slow but as it's free you can't complain. Altogether would recommend. Thanks:)”

“Order processing very efficient, accurate and fast delivery. Free postage is a definite plus with Franticelix. The Craghopper platinum/grey Emley jacket (long length) is just as described, well insulated for cold wet days, yet not too heavy. My size 10 is perfect to wear with a jumper underneath, so sizing is accurate. Overall I am delighted with this purchase, and the company.”
