“Ordering was easy and arrived quickly. Always have Craghopper KIWI Trousers so knew they would be perfect fit. However had to return KIWI Blouse as this item was too large especially around the collar. I will certainly use Franticelix again.”

“The jacket that arrived was not the same colour of the one advertised in the picture one was a sort of Aqua colour and what arrived was Oxford blue.I would have sent it back but it was really to much trouble to pay for the postage and stand in line for more than 30 minutes.”

“The service to Australia was very quick, I expected to receive the item 5-10 days after dispatch and it came in 7. THe Franticelix website was easy to use and I really like the jacket, it looks really nice. I just hope it will be warm enough. There's a really helpful warmth scale from Craghoppers on the tag on the jacket, it would be great if that was on the description on the website. I'm glad I ordered the size I did as if I had have gone off the size guide I would've ended up with a jacket that was way too big!”
