“Certainly dont do as promised Express delivery 1-2 days not here. Item ordered 13th didnt leave Leominster until friday afternoon. Its now late Monday afternoon still no item. If the response it working days you are open Saturday and Royal Mail/Parcel Force deliver Saturday. I will give them Sunday.”

“Good efficient service; item arrived really quickly. Very pleased with ladies waterproof trousers, lightweight, and packs down very small, great for small rucksack/bag. Item is perfect for keeping dry in wet weather, when walking the dog!”

“Two very nice lightweight fleeces. Exactly as described. Have always delivered promptly before and, as the parcel was late, I contacted them and they replied very quickly. It turned out that the problem was with Paypal who had given them an incorrect address. Impressed with their service. Thank you.”

“I ordered a pair of regatta trousers size 12. They arrived in packaging size 12 and as I have 2 other pairs of these trousers size 12 I did not try them on and it was several weeks later when I came to wear them that I found the sewn in label was size 14 not 12 as stated on the label. Franticeleix allowed me to return them without the original packaging or invoice and have since replaced them with the corect size. I had expected problems due to the fact I wanted an exchange well out of the 14 day period and I have been very impressed with how this company handled by problem and would use them again and recommend them to others.”
