“There was some kind of glitch with the system, which meant that I ordered two of the same thing, they emailed me to query whether this was correct and it was all sorted quickly and easily. The item arrived quickly and was exactly as expected, good service. Thanks”

“Service was great, quick delivery, however in the middle of a return to change for a larger size. The size 10 winter fleece lined trousers are much snugger (too snug) than the normal kiwi pro stretch trousers which are pretty roomy on me as a standard size 10 long. I've re-ordered up a size to 12 long. Length was great, long fits me well 5'10, also when I tried on the fleece lining was lovely and warm!”

“ordered 3 pairs shorts of differing colours but came up of 3 same colour. contacted Karl and he sorted it for me. also order few days late arriving so contacted Karl again and again he helped. Impressed with his efficiency and with ease of contacting the company plus the quality and packaging of products when they arrived.”

“When I bought my Helia 36 lantern it was saying that I will receive my product within 3-4 working days but it took 6 working days and I had to wait 11 days to get my purchase. I am not happy about it.”
