Flowers lovely but free vase smashed and was told a replacement would arrive next day. Waited for it, didnt arrive. My first order - I dont like being disappointed especially right at beginning so trying to cancel and close account.

Freddie’s Flowers: lovely flowers but when something goes wrong, their customer service is terrible. They say to get in touch if unhappy but their response was to cut me off as a customer! They will often substitute flowers advertised if they have supply issues, fair enough if disappointing, but this time I wasn’t happy with these. Flowers can last 2 weeks but my photo is at just over 1 week. Be warned about complaining - not a sign of a good company.

Hi very friendly lady & man on the phone when I phoned them how to order my flowers the flowers early morning came with really nice package and vase looks amazing 🤩 😊 I will order again in the future thank you so much 😊

Flowers themselves were nice. But be warned to cancel you have to phone/email them and they will interrogate you about why you are quitting. I stated I was having financial issues and did not want to keep clicking 'delay' for each delivery, I wanted to pause permanently, otherwise I may forget and end up paying. They told me they can't do that and have to delete my account. The man on the phone got very curt and seemed annoyed with me that I was leaving. They must be paid comission based on retention of customers. Really put me off ever coming back and left a sour taste.

I’ve been receiving flowers from Freddie’s flowers for a couple of years now. They are always beautiful unusual flowers. Customer service is always good My little treat that I will carry on with. Free chocolate eggs and tulip bulbs at Easter. Info on how to arrange, look after and history of the flowers. Just love them

Sent as a gift , very nice parcel to receive. But . Gladioli replaced by further peonies - only one flowered out of the 6. Agapanthus dropped a lot of buds in first 2 days . Hardly had any open and looked very sorry. Don’t think they survived the journey via dpd. Stems very dry when I cut them to arrange. Cut and refreshed water every few days with fresh food. Aimed to contact company but I could tell website designed to discourage post sale contact so didn’t waste my time.

I have been having Freddie’s flower from my son Levi since before the 1st lockdown . But this time are one of my favourites, the beautiful colours look perfect in my conservatory , 😀

I have just treated myself to Freddie’s Bumper box as a treat. My wonderful daughter was born in June and peonies are in season. When they came, there were the soft pink peonies, very personal & special to me. As a widow this treat has given me great pleasure. I feel fortunate & very content.

Good product, bad service. 1) they advertise that they are sustainable and reuse boxes, but 2 times I left old boxes for them to pick up but they never did. 2) You cannot cancel online, so which is malicious practice and should be highlighted. If you want to cancel, you will need to phone them. Then the person told me that she cannot cancel it and someone other from the team will call to cancel. They make it difficult to get out.

I have been very happy with Freddie’s Flowers since the first lockdown and the very few little niggles I’ve had have been courteously and efficiently resolved until 2, weeks ago when my flowers were disappointing. Two of the three Chrysanthemums were damaged and dropping. The flowers are not cheap and so I contacted Freddie’s by phone and was told to send an email and attach photos, which I did. I heard nothing and so rang 2 days ago and was told by Shola to resend as they had not received anything. I checked my emails and they definitely sent. I sent the photos again, but still no response. In view of the higher delivery price, too I think that I shall have to reconsider my allegiance to Freddie’s. Such a shame! Rosemary Faulkner

Freddie’s flowers are absolutely stunning and there is excellent customer service. I’ve been using on and off since the first lockdown. Any flower they send it is always the best flower of that type that you’ve ever seen and the process of getting each individual flower out with the info and guidance provided makes you really appreciate and learn about the flowers. You can get pet- friendly deliveries without lilies too. It’s easy to skip deliveries using the website. There is a company at the moment trying to lure away Freddie’s customers so I would be dubious about many of these reviews.

Trying to cancel the subscription is becoming a nightmare. I’ve written emails and tried calling and still not cancelled.

Yes have the same problem as all other customers. Cancelled last week and have today been charged and received another bunch of flowers that were not wanted. Such a scam, so sad!

Wonderful flowers I have a delivery every two weeks and have received more than twenty boxes of flowers, every box was superb , they last for weeks . I I received a full size vase ,a cut down vase and secateurs all free . I would recommend Freddie’s Flowers to any flower lover. In my Easter box I had lovely chocolate eggs. The tulips I had in the early spring all came with bulbs attaches to be planted in the autumn. Thank you Freddie’s Flowers for wonderful service.

Absolutely fantastic! The find of 2022 - beautiful flowers, amazing discounts when you refer friends. The video tutorials are wonderful, the gorgeous instruction leaflets that come with each bunch, the fantastic customer service… I can’t fault this lovely company. I don’t know why other reviewers are complaining about cancellation - I’ve had multiple friends get a free box and then cancel their subscription very easily with a simple email. No persuading to please subscribe, just a polite email saying “thank you!” I am a BIG Freddie’s fan!

I was really happy with them until I lost my card, blocked it with my bank. I was under impression it will cancel out the payment with Freddie’s Flowers . Imagine my surprise when they didn’t even send an email saying payment problem or such , just applied for my new card details directly through Mastercard ( apparently they can do that ) and taken the money anyway . I get it guys , you are a small business . But that’s cut throat . Didn’t like it at all . Blocked them from taking future payments , I ain’t even gonna bother . And of course no support over the weekends - why bother.
